We meet monthly in South Florida communities to break bread, learn from experts from various fields, engage in robust discussion, and be inspired to be more effective leaders.

We choose topics to learn and discuss that will empower leaders holistically from their personal health, family relationship, spirituality to the best means of growing and sustaining their organizations. Please see our menu of topics.

Free Resources

Everything from the food, meeting facility, speakers, growth materials and consultation is provided to our participants for free due to the caring sponsorship of other leaders/organizations. This is their way of paying it forward.

Grow Together

We encourage leaders to fully engage in the group sessions well as online with our study materials. Our goal is to foster a learning community that transcends the 2-hour monthly sessions into lifelong relationships

How It Happens

Leaders Circle is a partnership of leaders and organizations that represent multiple industries in the for-profit, non-profit and government sectors.

Our mission is to holistically empower leaders. We do this specifically at the Leadership Empowerment Network by providing training and support opportunities through personal coaching, workshops, small groups, online resources, and conferences.

We focus on three key pillars of effective and sustained leadership:
  1. Personal Growth
  2. Organizational Development
  3. Community Engagement

Our Vision

Our vision is to see 500 Miami Metropolitan leaders trained in the for-profit, nonprofit and government sectors by 2023. 

The end goal is to inspire these leaders to invest time and resources into other leaders in their domains of influence so that a multiplying movement emerges from our South Florida soil.

These leaders will focus on 3 key areas of leadership within a 2-year span of meeting once or twice a month:

  1. Personal Growth
  2. Organizational Development
  3. Community Engagement

Our learning groups are deeply relational, conversational, transparent, encouraging and usually centered around a meal or appetizer refreshments. 

The bonds formed transcend the 2-hour group sessions into lasting friendships.
